Joan Rosenberg, President of Hotel Language Builders, is a World Language educator with more than 25 years of experience of teaching English as a second/foreign language and Spanish. She is also a former Peace Corps volunteer in Brazil where she worked as a teacher trainer in Cuiabá, Brazil. She also taught at the Nanjing Foreign Language School in Nanjing, China.
Ms. Rosenberg holds a Bachelors Degree in Spanish/Education and Latin American Studies, a Masters Degree in TESOL and an MBA Degree in International Business. She has traveled extensively throughout Latin America, Spain and Portugal and has a deep appreciation of the diverse languages and cultures of these regions.
Hotel Language Builders has developed English language training programs for hotels such as Embassy Suites and Crowne Plaza locations in New York and New Jersey.
In her free time Ms. Rosenberg enjoys running marathons, cycling and hiking in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, trekking Machu Picchu and Mt. Kilimanjaro, doing yoga and pilates and other athletic pursuits.
