What We Do

We provide on-site instruction for employees, supervisors and management personnel.  We offer one-on-one training as well as group classes.  We can structure classes by department and/or language proficiency levels, based on management or scheduling needs.

We specialize in the hotel and hospitality industry.

Our focus is on English language workplace skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing as defined by management as well as our customized Needs Assessment Tool.

Our courses generally run for 4, 8 or 12-week sessions.  We recommend a minimum of 30 class/contact hours to advance proficiency levels.
